Worum geht's
Set against the backdrop of the Babylonian exile, “Nabucco” tells the story of the king who is redeemed through the loss of power and grants freedom to the Hebrews. At the same time, it explores the conflict between his daughters: Abigaille seeks the throne, while Fenena converts to Judaism out of love for Ismaele.
